A really stylish small table lamp from the Art Deco period, featuring a timepiece clock within the base.
The hemispherical chrome-plated globe shade is mounted on two sweeping brass arms on a bimetallic stepped base, the brass sections adding warm tones and contrast to the chrome.
The 8-day mechanical clock has a silvered rectangular dial with black Arabic numerals and black steel moon hands. The movement has an inbuilt key for easy winding and a regulation slot at the back.
The electric supply cable to the lamp has been converted to modern wiring with a standard plug.
